| Old Customer | For web passcode, call your Sales Representative or request thru e-mail to webmaster@26cb.com. | |
| New Customer | Log-in as new customer with complete business information and call the webmaster for the web passcode. Incomplete information will not be considered. | |

| Payment Option & Sales Tax: We do not allow credit or accept check for first time buyer. Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, & Discover), or Cashier's Check are acceptable. | ||
| Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of online order, our Sales Representative will be pre-qualifying your account to determine if you are a registered wholesaler or retailer. If so, he/she will be contacting you in regards to shipping details, & other instructions. | ||
| Return & Exchange Policy: Any claim for shortage or defective items must be made within 2 days after receipt of goods. No claim will be accepted after 2 days. | ||

| SHIPPING | ||
| SHIPPING METHOD & COST: | ||
| 1) Pick-up Orders | Orders are prepared at the earliest time possible based on the volume or quantity. | |
| 2) Delivery | We only deliver merchandise within Los Angeles area or nearby cities free of charge if the minimum dollar amount is met. Please give us 2 to 3 days to have it deliver in your store. | |
| 3) Domestic & International | Our company works with
the best trucking/forwarding companies to obtain the best affordable rates
nationwide or international. Once your order has been processed, it will be forwarded to the Logistic Dept. to advise you of the shipping rate. Should you be agreeable a truck or container will be arrange. However, should you know a trucking or forwarding company that offers a better rate, please refer it to us ROMMEL MACOY |
